Lead geotechnical drilling operations through equipment expertise, field coordination, and safe work practices in a hands-on outdoor environment. Support diverse projects independently and alongside drilling crews.

This full-time Driller position with TBT Engineering oversees geotechnical and environmental drilling activities. You will operate equipment, direct Driller Helpers, and complete sampling, monitoring well installation, and field investigations. The work requires mechanical aptitude, accurate documentation, and reliable coordination across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain drilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Lead mobilization, site setup, drilling, and demobilization
- Supervise Driller Helpers and direct field activities




- Complete soil and rock sampling and monitoring wells
- Document logs, inspections, reports, and sample records

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant drilling experience preferred
- Experience operating geotechnical or environmental drilling equipment
- Knowledge of sampling, borehole advancement, and monitoring wells
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Valid Class G licence and clean driving record
