As a Senior Personal Banker Home Borrowing Trainee, you will advise customers on Real Estate Secured Lending products. You will also apply knowledge of investing, day-to-day banking, and TD products and services. The position focuses on understanding customer needs and aligning suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional branch experiences focused on home borrowing
Uncover customer needs through thoughtful questions and dialogue
Provide financial advice and answer customer questions
Conduct proactive outreach about portfolio updates and opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation under business policies
Requirements: High School diploma and/or related post-secondary degree
Two or more years of relevant experience
Investment Funds in Canada accreditation within 90 days
Certificate in Financial Services Advice within six months
Mobility within the assigned district
Bring home borrowing, financial advice, and customer relationship expertise to support TD customers and business growth in Calgary.
