Amrize seeks a Ready Mix Concrete Quality Technician with field testing and materials knowledge to support reliable production across the GEA.
This Quality Control Technician performs laboratory and field testing for fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates, and constituent materials. The role supports compliance with CSA and ASTM standards, project specifications, and Amrize’s Western Canada Quality Management System. It also contributes to mix optimization, product development, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Test ready mix concrete and raw materials
Perform concrete durability and aggregate testing
Maintain testing records and KPI inputs
Support mix performance and optimization initiatives




Transport cylinders according to CSA specifications
Requirements: Two year Civil Engineering Technology college diploma
One year concrete, aggregate, or asphalt industry experience
Concrete field testing experience is desirable
Knowledge of CSA testing practices and CCIL procedures
Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
Apply technical testing, accurate recordkeeping, and concrete materials knowledge as an Amrize Quality Control Technician supporting GEA operations.
