Primary Care Alberta is seeking an Exercise Specialist to join the Alberta Healthy Living Program at the Olds Campus Community Health Centre. Hybrid work is supported when in-person assessment is not required.
The role involves delivering exercise assessment, training, rehabilitation, and self-management education to patients in a patient- and family-centered model. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate program planning, promotion, and evaluation across community settings
