This Registered Nurse position serves adult patients facing life-threatening conditions in a 14-bed critical care and four-bed stepdown unit. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while applying nursing standards, the Nursing Process, and critical interventions. The unit emphasizes patient-centered care, recovery, and clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with healthcare providers caring for critically ill patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide health teaching to patients and families




Help plan corrective actions supporting patient and staff safety
Follow occupational health and safety requirements
Requirements: Ontario certificate of competency as a Registered Nurse
Critical care nursing certificate meeting Ontario standards
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
Recent Intensive Care Unit experience
Level 3 patient care and intravenous therapy competency
