Manage customer orders and shipment updates as a Customer Service Representative with Westlake Pipe & Fittings, using JDE and internal coordination.
This position handles orders received by phone, fax, EDI, and mail. You will respond to inquiries, maintain customer files, and communicate delivery schedules. The work requires accurate order entry, SOX compliance, product knowledge, and collaboration with supply chain departments.
Key Responsibilities: Process orders in JDE with accurate pricing and quantities
Track shipments, shortages, overages, and late deliveries
Communicate order changes with customers and internal departments
Maintain customer files and required SOX documentation
Coordinate returns, adjustments, and applicable JDE reason codes
Requirements: Five to seven years of inside sales or customer service experience
Manufacturing setting experience preferred
Post-secondary business management education preferred
JDE or another mainline ERP experience
Ability to maintain accurate records and customer order information
Apply customer service, order management, JDE, and shipment coordination expertise to support Westlake Pipe & Fittings customers.
