Shape resident experiences at The Residences through social engagement, wellness programming, and creative activities that foster meaningful community connections. This full time exempt manager supervises others.
As Community Engagement Manager, you will support resident programs that enhance quality of life and fulfill Brightwater goals. You will consult residents, plan varied activities, coordinate Resident Council meetings, and facilitate volunteerism. The position also supports dining, sales and marketing engagement, resident orientations, and community events.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement varied physical, creative, cultural, and social activities
Consult residents about preferences and maintain participation records
Coordinate Resident Council and Ambassadors program activities




Safely transport residents according to scheduled routes
Support tours, move-ins, orientations, and Brightwater events
Requirements: Effective spoken and written English communication
Excellent interpersonal, writing, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to obtain authorization to drive company vehicles
Ability to meet timelines and manage multiple projects
Preferred knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
Bring organized resident programming, transportation, and communication skills to strengthen engagement throughout The Residences community.
