As Manager, Compensation Advisory, you will manage partner relationships and customized solutions within TD’s Global Technology and Solutions portfolio. You will advise business leaders, HR partners, Finance, and Governance and Control teams. The work spans complex compensation requests, market competitiveness, and project-based reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day Compensation Advisory for assigned portfolios
Provide counsel on complex offers and compensation matters
Monitor competitive market trends and salary survey participation
Prepare analysis, forecasts, summaries,



and policy interpretations
Manage year-end compensation and advisory projects
Requirements: Solid consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience modeling, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting data
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
Project management skills across multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage changing priorities under tight deadlines
