Key Responsibilities: Lead HR services supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Redesign processes using AI, automation, and self-service solutions
Oversee HR inquiries, issue resolution, and service communications
Build an AI-enabled HR Services roadmap and measure advantages




Establish responsible AI practices with privacy, legal, and security partners
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
Five-plus years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration
Working knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, and analytics
Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and human oversight
Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
