As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will support the consumer advice team through mortgage strategies, recommendations, and recent business development. You will understand member needs, evaluate lending information, and build referral relationships while delivering a simplified banking experience.
Key Responsibilities: Craft mortgage acquisition strategies aligned with member needs
Develop solutions and recommendations based on member needs
Translate existing relationships into mortgage business results
Grow referral networks with realtors and brokers




Use digital solutions to simplify members’ banking needs
Requirements: Two years’ mortgage lending experience or equivalent experience
Three years’ consumer lending and underwriting experience may qualify
Ability to analyze financial data, credit reports, and property values
Excellent customer service and attention to detail skills
Comfort with Microsoft 365 applications and digital solutions
