Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, this permanent manager leads human resource programs and professional services. The work spans workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, total rewards, and legislative compliance. You will advise managers, guide teams, and support organizational change.
Key Responsibilities: Lead professionals delivering People and Culture programs
Advise managers on talent management and employee relations
Oversee talent acquisition, employer brand, and recruitment technology
Lead performance development and total rewards strategies




Direct People and Culture change projects and reporting
Requirements: Degree in human resources, business, labour relations, or related discipline
CHRL designation
Seven years managing People and Culture strategy or service delivery
Experience applying Ontario employment and occupational health legislation
Robust judgment, communication, relationships, and change leadership skills
Bring strategic HR leadership, talent expertise, and employee relations capability to WSPS while supporting Ontario’s workers and businesses.
