As Assistant General Manager, you report to the General Manager and guide daily restaurant leadership. You will uphold operating procedures, develop high-performing teams, manage service standards, and contribute to warm, memorable guest experiences. The role requires leadership in a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate the restaurant vision and lead by example
Monitor O&B; technical service and points of detail
Build relationships with guests, teams, and senior management
Recruit, train, develop, and coach employees
Track sales, invoicing, inventory, and service scheduling
Requirements: Two to three years of leadership experience
High-volume, upscale hospitality environment experience
Previous management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, adaptable, and committed to skilled growth
