As a Pharmacist, you manage daily dispensary operations and provide consultation to customers and health care providers. Responsibilities include controlling dispensary access, reviewing workflow queues, monitoring stock, ordering medication, and maintaining controlled-substance documentation. You will also support prescription accuracy, privacy, records, and required reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Pharmacy operations while on duty
Review workflow queues and will-call bins
Monitor stock levels and medication orders
Identify expired inventory and maintain controls
Document controlled substances and required reporting
Requirements: Knowledge of Pharmacy systems is an asset
Robust problem-solving and action-planning skills
Ability to plan, coordinate, delegate, and coach
Follow Health and Safety procedures
Complete required training and education workshops
Apply Pharmacy systems knowledge, inventory oversight, workflow management, and sound decision making to daily dispensary operations.
