ML6 is partnering with a client seeking a Junior or Intermediate Process Engineer with two to ten years of experience. You will validate steady-state simulations, verify material balances, evaluate operating sensitivities, and develop process design deliverables. The assignment also involves process safety reviews, equipment sizing, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and validate steady-state process simulations
Verify property methods, convergence, balances, and sensitivities
Evaluate equipment capacities and utility consumption
Participate in HAZOP reviews and address action items




Coordinate technical deliverables with clients and vendors
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Chemical Engineering program
Two to ten years of relevant process engineering experience
Practical experience with process calculations and equipment sizing
Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS or equivalent simulation software
Experience participating in HAZOP reviews and evaluating hazards
Apply simulation, process safety, calculation, and technical coordination skills across industrial engineering projects with senior guidance.
