This Financial Analyst supports Accounting and Finance teams through reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. The position helps leadership understand financial changes, weigh complex risks, and choose paths that maximize revenues and reduce expenses. Responsibilities include balance sheet, profit and loss, GST, and PST work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management
- Complete general ledger and subledger journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and subsidiary ledgers monthly
- Prepare GST and PST remittances
- Perform expense allocations, depreciation, and bank reconciliations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Current knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and reporting requirements
- Advanced MS Office and Google app skills
- Strong organizational planning and attention to detail
- Preferred five years’ accounting or finance experience
