Serve Access Credit Union members through account, deposit, investment, and electronic banking services while building trusted relationships. Work across personal and corporate memberships.

The Deposit Services Representative administers member accounts and promotes credit union products and services. You will support specialized accounts, registered products, payment applications, and alternate banking channels. The position also develops relationships, identifies business opportunities, and contributes to branch goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open personal and corporate memberships, accounts, and debit cards
- Process estates, term deposits, POAs, and registered products
- Explain product terms within members’ risk tolerance
- Manage member relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Support branch sales goals and community activities

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or sales experience
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate, organized judgment under pressure
- Proficient computer skills and policy adherence
