Lead remote Level 2 support with Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise, resolving escalations across operating systems, networks, applications, and endpoints.

This Senior Administrator role supports end users in their language while meeting SLAs and reducing unresolved complaints. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, manage identities, and support Microsoft 365. The work includes diagnosing connectivity, handling access provisioning, and documenting solutions for stronger first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve Level 2 incidents and requests within established SLA
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices remotely
- Diagnose LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and TCP/IP issues
- Manage Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory,



Group Policy, and MFA
- Support Microsoft 365 and business application installations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in IT support, including three Level 2 years
- Solid Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory skills
- Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless knowledge
- Experience with ITSM and remote support tools
- Working knowledge of ITIL incident, request, and problem management
