As an Assistant Buyer, you will support category strategies for Lammle’s authentic western lifestyle customer base. You will manage style creation, purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory needs, and pricing activities. The position combines creativity with analytical skills while requiring organized prioritization, communication, and proactive problem solving. Your work supports assigned category sales, inventory plans, store networks, and Lammle’s E-Commerce channel through timely decisions and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual category strategies across locations and product assortments




- Execute style creation and timely purchase order completion
- Monitor deliveries, quantities, quality, and supplier issue resolution
- Manage replenishment, transfers, consolidation, and inventory reporting
- Execute promotional pricing for seasonal and aged inventory

Requirements:

- Three or more years as a merchandise assistant
- Retail workplace experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects
- Creative, proactive approach to developing solutions
