Coordinate mixed-methods research for Brandon University’s CREAMS Research Lab, using advanced analysis and secure data management. Flexible remote or hybrid work may be possible.

As a Research Assistant IV, you will support multiple educational research projects. Apply quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods expertise while coordinating data activities, research documentation, and team support. Projects examine culturally responsive teaching, self-regulated learning, motivation, engagement, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor multiple educational research projects and activities
- Provide methodological support for mixed-methods research
- Manage and document research data securely




- Contribute to literature reviews and scholarly manuscripts
- Support research meetings and funding activities

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced research training
- Academic experience in mixed-methods research
- Knowledge of research ethics and confidentiality
- Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
