Director, Account Management – Financial Institutions Partnerships We are seeking an experienced Director of Account Management to manage and grow strategic relationships with leading financial institutions. This role requires a strong background in enterprise sales, payments, financial services, or technology, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and manage complex client relationships. Manage and grow strategic relationships with financial institution clients. Develop a strong understanding of client needs across commercial payments, money movement, debit, and enterprise fraud solutions. Develop strategic account plans, business cases, and financial models. Build strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. Lead contract negotiations, execution, and ongoing account management. Solid enterprise sales or strategic account management experience within payments, financial services, or technology.



Experience working with financial institutions, banks, or similar organizations. Knowledge of payments, commercial payments, co-brand programs, money movement, debit, or related financial products. Proven track record of managing and closing complex enterprise sales opportunities. Strong executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills. Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce. financial services and payments ecosystem .
