The Delivery Orchestration Platform (DOP) team is the engine behind how Splunk's products reach customers — we own the fulfillment and provisioning systems that turn a signed contract into a live Splunk product deployment. Our work sits at the heart of Splunk's go-to-market delivery pipeline, connecting the systems and teams that make customer onboarding happen reliably and at scale. Right now is an exciting time to join — we're actively modernizing our fulfillment architecture toward a next-generation Order Management Platform that will reshape how Splunk delivers its entire product portfolio. Lead the design and delivery of backend services and APIs that automate order fulfillment, provisioning workflows, and delivery orchestration for Splunk customers globally. Drive features end-to-end — from technical design through production — coordinating across teams to meet requirements and ship reliably. Success looks like features that ship on schedule, systems that stay up, and a fulfillment platform that gets faster and more capable every quarter.
