Cohere’s Deal Desk needs a Revenue Operations Analyst skilled in CRM systems, reporting, and precise cross-functional process management.This Delivery Operations Analyst supports the workflow connecting GTM, Deal Desk, and Delivery Engineering. You will maintain customer, opportunity, commercial, and delivery details in Salesforce and Mission Control while tracking approvals, pipeline progression, and assignments. The role also establishes data standards, operating procedures, and explicit handoffs across stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Manage new GTM briefs through the Deal Desk processEnsure accurate routing, documentation, and approval informationTrack pipeline progression, delivery assignments, and operational metricsEstablish data-entry standards, ownership, SLAs,
