POP MART seeks customer-focused Retail Sales Associates in Scarborough Town who bring product knowledge and personalized recommendations to every shopping experience.

This retail position makes you a brand ambassador for collectible art toys, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, and limited editions. You will build customer relationships, share POP MART stories, and support store performance through sales excellence. The role also includes merchandising, inventory management, point-of-sale transactions, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and build authentic customer relationships
- Share POP MART stories, artists, characters, and collections
- Recommend products and upsell complementary merchandise




- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions
- Replenish merchandise and maintain stockroom accuracy

Requirements:

- One or more years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recommend products confidently
- Interest in collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture
- At least 18 years of age
