As Assistant Store Manager, you support store performance, customer experiences, and associate development when the Store Manager is absent. You help execute selling strategies, achieve KPIs and sales targets, and maintain Lids Brand Standards. Your work spans staffing, training, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, technology, and store operations. You also address customer feedback and support an inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
