Operate a 10,000-pound counterbalance forklift at IPEX’s Attwell Distribution Centre in Etobicoke, supporting safe, accurate order preparation. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
As a full time, permanent Yard Worker, you will support distribution operations by picking, staging, verifying, and loading customer orders. The position requires forklift experience, RF scanner use, careful material handling, and strong safety awareness. You will work with customer and carrier loading activities while maintaining an organized yard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pick, stage, verify, and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers
- Process inventory transactions using RF scanners
- Report hazards and maintain a clean, safe yard
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Counterbalance forklift experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- Ability to move bulky products safely
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors
