This Branch Supervisor supports day-to-day operations while connecting branch leadership, employees, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop branch employees
Monitor sales and margin targets with the team
Build customer and vendor relationships
Oversee inventory, warehouse activity, and purchasing
Address operational, employee, and customer issues




Requirements: Five to seven years in branch, retail, or distribution operations
At least three years managing with full P&L; accountability
Experience supporting customer service and employee performance
Financial management, budgeting, and fiscal accountability capability
Business systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
