As a Financial Systems Business Analyst, you will support a new enterprise platform for core finance functions. The permanent role spans requirements documentation, system configuration, implementation, and testing. You will help align business needs with ERP capabilities while working with IT, vendors, and an experienced Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities: Map current and future-state finance processes
Document and refine business requirements with stakeholders
Support ERP configuration and implementation activities
Develop testing scenarios and track issues
Assist data migration mapping and validation
Requirements: Three to five years of business analysis experience
Hands-on ERP implementation and UAT experience
Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, reporting, and procurement
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
