As Paralegal, you will support the Associate General Counsel for CoolIT and the Global High-Tech and Data Center business. Your work spans commercial agreement review, drafting, negotiation, and administration. You will also coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, and Research and Development.
Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, and propose commercial agreement edits
Coordinate contracts from intake through renewal and reporting
Track open items with business stakeholders
Maintain records, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation
Prepare reports on terms,



obligations, and renewals
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
Three or more years of paralegal or contracts experience
Commercial contract and confidentiality agreement experience
Legal research and document management experience
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
Support CoolIT’s commercial contracting operations through careful agreement review, contract coordination, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
