Use hands-on ERP administration and functional analysis to improve finance operations across multiple business units from a fully remote setting.
This Finance Systems Specialist role reports to finance leadership and supports system implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization. You will improve workflows, permissions, reports, financial controls, and user adoption. The position requires practical knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, intercompany accounting, banking, reconciliations, and period-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements and translate needs into functional specifications
Evaluate solutions and configure finance system capabilities
Coordinate testing, deployment, consultants, and technical teams




Automate manual processes and improve data quality
Support audits through documentation, approvals, and controls
Requirements: At least 3 years supporting ERP or finance systems
Experience with implementations, enhancements, or complex troubleshooting
Understanding of revenue recognition and intercompany transactions
Ability to manage competing initiatives and deadlines
Excellent communication with non-technical users and leadership
Apply functional ERP expertise and accounting knowledge to deliver practical finance system solutions, stronger controls, and consistent processes.
