You will evaluate domestic and international documents, determine eligibility, and advise students, applicants, staff, faculty, and the public. The position supports recruitment, registration, information services, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Assess transcripts, documents, test results, and transfer credit
Make admission decisions using established criteria
Register students in Banner and ATOMS
Advise applicants on admission and registration processes
Monitor waitlists, errors,



and suspected fraudulent documents
Requirements: Four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent related education
Three to five years of relevant experience
Post-secondary Office of the Registrar experience preferred
Advanced proficiency with Banner, Cognos, and related systems
Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize tasks
