Working in Ground Logistics, you will coordinate orders, carriers, clients, and delivery activity across North American transportation networks. The position includes LTL and FTL orders, LCL and FCL shipments, ocean and rail drayage, and final-mile services. You will also support quoting, documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Contact carriers for availability, rates, and freight bookings
Participate in quoting and follow up with clients
Obtain export and import brokerage documentation




Consolidate shipments to maximize revenue and service
Escalate complaints, claims, risks, and service failures
Requirements: Three to five years of ground logistics experience
Required experience in a load brokerage environment
Robust understanding of carrier marketplace and pricing
Ability to manage high-volume shipment counts
Strong client service and problem-solving skills
Bring carrier-market knowledge, freight negotiation, and brokerage experience to Omnitrans customer-focused logistics operations.
