As a Financial Analyst – FP&A;, you will support a finance team serving RCL’s business partners. Develop experience across operating expenses, advertising, freight, store operations, and projects. Learn from FP&A; leaders while strengthening analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating expense budgets and forecasts across business areas
Analyze actual results against budgets and explain key variances
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and summaries
Assist with business cases and follow-up analysis
Improve financial models, reports, and planning tools
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
Two to three years of relevant finance experience
Knowledge of Excel, financial analysis, and reporting
Accuracy handling financial data from multiple sources
French and English bilingual communication skills
