Lead Rentokil Terminix branch operations through manager leadership, provincial account growth, and customer relationship management. This is an existing position.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager directs Operations Managers and supports revenue growth, employee retention, and customer retention. The position combines administrative duties, field work, technical pest control knowledge, and operational leadership. It also requires explicit communication, coaching, and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily activities of Operations Managers
Manage and grow provincial accounts
Build relationships with key clients
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and escalations
Maintain inventory control and complete audits
Requirements: Five years managing managers required
Five years industry experience or equivalent education asset
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and pest control license
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google applications proficiency
