An established insurance brokerage is seeking a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Account Manager for a collaborative team of six to seven account managers. You will manage approximately 1,000 house accounts while supporting policy service, remarketing, and business growth. The brokerage works with Wawanesa, Intact, Aviva, Definity, CAA, SGI, Hagerty, and various MGAs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage established personal lines home and auto accounts
Handle policy changes, renewals, inquiries, and client requests
Remarket policies for competitive rates and coverage options
Cross-sell home and auto insurance to expand business
Maintain records using Applied Epic and insurer portals
Requirements: Active RIBO licence in good standing
Ideally, three to five years of personal lines brokerage experience
Hands-on Applied Epic and insurer portal experience
Robust personal lines, remarketing, and client service knowledge
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
Apply personal lines expertise, relationship-building ability, and brokerage systems knowledge to serve Etobicoke home and auto clients.
