St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton seeks a Registered Nurse for its Satellite Health Facility Medical Unit. The RN supports seniors with straightforward to complex medical needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals. Care includes supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitation approaches for patients awaiting alternate services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care
Assess health needs and support appropriate treatment
Collaborate with the inter-professional team




Lead comprehensive care for complex patient needs
Promote optimal patient function and wellness
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current BCLS/HCP certification
Knowledge of senior care and family needs
Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and organize unit work
Bring registered nursing expertise, senior care knowledge, and collaborative judgment to St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Satellite Health Facility.
