As a Bilingual Marketing Specialist, you will coordinate requests, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications. You will support email campaigns, webinars, newsletters, website updates, and social channels. The position also supports corporate events and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage marketing requests through the team ticketing system
Coordinate timelines, approvals, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
Support marketing materials, website content, and translations
Develop, schedule, monitor, and report on social content
Coordinate event logistics, vendors,



registrations, and reporting
Requirements: Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Two or more years in marketing coordination or technical communications
Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills
Experience with MS Office, CRM, and marketing automation tools
Solid planning, organization, multitasking, and analytical abilities
