JD Development Group seeks a PDI Coordinator for its residential communities in Ontario. This six-month contract connects construction teams with homebuyers during the final stage before closing. You will schedule and conduct walkthroughs, document deficiencies, support Tarion processes, and report closing readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule PDI appointments with purchasers, supervisors, and customer care
Conduct walkthroughs and explain home features and maintenance
Record deficiencies, assign trades, and track completion
Maintain organized PDI records, photos, and homeowner files




Prepare reports covering upcoming PDIs and closing readiness
Requirements: Three or more years in construction, warranty, customer care, or site administration
Hands-on PDI or deficiency management experience
Working knowledge of Tarion warranty and PDI processes
Ability to read construction drawings and understand building components
Valid Ontario G licence and reliable vehicle
