This senior transformation leadership position supports Group Retirement Services Operations. You will coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, risk, and change leaders across complex workstreams. The mandate connects planning, execution, readiness, implementation, adoption, and benefit realization while maintaining business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated execution across projects, workstreams, teams, and delivery partners
- Manage plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, financials, risks, and readiness
- Lead governance and Steering Committee activities for timely decisions
- Coordinate priorities, accountabilities, sequencing,



and delivery across functions
- Track outcomes, perks, risks, issues, and resource constraints

Requirements:

- Group retirement business experience or knowledge
- Significant experience leading complex transformation programs
- Expertise in integrated planning, financial management, and executive reporting
- Ability to facilitate senior decisions using clear recommendations and trade-offs
- Experience influencing outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations
