You will direct foremen, service writers, bench technicians, and field technicians while coordinating service, parts, sales, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

Manage service workflow, scheduling, assignments, completion, and quoted costs Coordinate technicians, parts, sales, inventory,

Requirements:

Knowledge and skill operating an equipment dealership Five to seven years of progressive combined service, management, and business experience Three years of management or supervisory experience in relevant industries Solid customer service, communication, judgment, and critical thinking skills Ability to travel and troubleshoot customer issues onsite Bring service leadership, technical problem solving, and customer focus to Brandt’s Positioning Technology operations in Brampton.
