The position is responsible for turning complex business questions and data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. Lead the development and execution of an analytics agenda aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives Ensure the team moves beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends, drivers, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights Establish standards for high-quality analysis and ensure insights clearly articulate the “so what” and recommended actions Identify opportunities to apply forecasting, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, segmentation, and machine learning to business problems Guide the team in selecting appropriate analytical methodologies and translating complex analysis into business recommendations Partner with senior business leaders to identify strategic questions, opportunities, and problems that can be addressed through data and analytics Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner,
