Lead global aircraft training standardization as CAE’s technical authority, using aircraft expertise and operational knowledge across the training network. This Global Program Lead directs fleet training content for assigned aircraft programs. The role coordinates OEM interfaces, curricula, courseware, examination databases, and training changes. It partners with Training Managers, Lead Instructors, customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent delivery.
