Service Coordinator Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and yard service to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers, as well as supporting customer service/sales goals of the business unit This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards. The Service Coordinator will also have responsibilities supporting telephone and walk-in customers, customer courtesy calls, taking and processing orders and contracts, as well as some contract administration. Strong communication, organization and administrative skills are essential to be successful in this role,



and an ability to always deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude is maintained. High School Diploma or GED ~2+ years in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment ~ Experience in role applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations ~ Customer Service & dispatch training a plus Essential functions and overtime eligibility may vary based on the specific task assigned to the position. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
