Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring a full-time Driver Trainer based in its Kingston office. You will teach employees to operate company-owned vehicles safely and professionally. The position supports growing Kingston Schools Operations while delivering Voyago Division Training Programs and B Class license upgrading. Strong communication, organization, and regional knowledge are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct driver assessments evaluating skill, safety, and readiness
Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs under company standards
Facilitate B Class license upgrading programs




Lead external instructional training sessions when required
Support the Transit Supervisor with assigned duties and projects
Requirements: Valid B or E Class License held three years
Clean driver abstract without demerit points
Clean criminal record and Vulnerable Sector Screening
Excellent customer service track record and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas
Bring driver assessment, safety instruction, and customer service strengths to Voyago’s Kingston Schools Operations as Lead Driver Trainer.
