You will assess vehicle concerns, explain coverage, prepare estimates, and maintain professional customer rapport. Key Responsibilities: Listen to symptoms and inspect vehicles to ascertain required services
Verify warranty and service contract coverage, provisions, and exclusions
Develop estimates covering materials, labour, deductibles, and customer payment




Prepare repair orders and enter details into the service database
Explain estimates, answer questions, and arrange towing or transportation
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills
One to two years in a customer service role
