As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will visit patients of all ages within the community. You will provide care within your scope, with registered nurse support for more complex patients. The work supports comfort and continued living at home.
Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled community visits for patient needs
Provide ethical and secure nursing care
Assess individual needs using appropriate techniques
Monitor and adjust care plans as required
Maintain professional patient records
Requirements: Current CNO registration as an RPN in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Reliability and flexibility
Required after-hours on-call coverage
Bring community nursing, assessment, and care-planning skills to support ParaMed patients across their home environments.
