Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Registered Nurse for Westview Homecare’s Home Living team. You will support palliative and end-of-life clients through therapeutic nursing, care planning, resource coordination, and direct care. The work serves clients of all ages and stages of life.
Key Responsibilities: Assess client needs and establish goals for care delivery
Provide evidence-based therapeutic nursing services in clients’ homes
Coordinate resources and manage palliative care cases
Develop care plans with families and service partners
Mentor students and provide clinical direction to team members
Requirements: Accredited nursing education program completion
Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Two years’ recent nursing experience or refresher program completion
Driver’s license and vehicle required
Bring nursing assessment, case management, and palliative care expertise to client-centered home care in Edmonton.
