Build sports partnership sales for MLSE by combining prospecting, client insight, and creative proposals across major Toronto teams and properties.
Reporting to the Director, Global Partnerships, this Account Manager develops revenue opportunities for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, Toronto FC, and Argonauts. You will understand prospective partners’ businesses, competitive environments, objectives, and budgets. Your work will connect MLSE’s values and properties with target markets while delivering business objectives for partners.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective partners through research, networks, and current categories
Initiate discussions with clients and agencies about objectives and budgets
Provide thought leadership during partnership ideation




Mobilize cross-functional teams through development and sales processes
Manage critical issues and adapt to evolving partnership strategies
Requirements: Three to five years of meaningful related experience
Business development, strategy, marketing, or partnership marketing background
Strong comprehension of general marketing and partnership principles
Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Use commercial insight, prospecting skills, and sports partnership expertise to create opportunities for MLSE and its partners.
