Lead municipal parks planning and construction coordination for the City of London, applying GIS, AutoCAD, and contract administration expertise. The role is hybrid.
As Parks Project Coordinator, you will support Parks and Sport Services across capital and open-space projects. Responsibilities span research, design concepts, detailed design, public engagement, procurement, construction administration, inspections, and budget control. You will also advise colleagues and coordinate technical information.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate research, design, procurement, construction, and project scheduling
Generate planning strategies and mapping using professional software
Review consultant drawings, reports, and technical project work
Prepare bidding documents and technical specifications for tenders




Conduct site inspections, inventories, field studies, and analysis
Requirements: Landscape Architecture or Environmental Design and Planning degree
Two years’ experience in landscape design or construction
ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
Familiarity with construction sites, safety, and administration
Robust communication, report writing, and presentation abilities
Bring municipal project coordination, mapping, construction knowledge, and technical communication skills to London’s parks and open spaces.
