As a Recruitment Specialist, you will support talent acquisition programs and full-cycle recruitment within Acclaim Health’s Human Resources team. Your work will develop employer branding through advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and creative solutions. You will also help attract early talent and strengthen diverse sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities: Help develop Acclaim Health’s employer brand
Partner with colleges, universities, agencies, and job boards
Participate in campus recruitment strategy and programming
Attend job fairs and recruiting events
Support equitable and inclusive recruitment processes
Requirements: Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Proven recent experience recruiting in high-volume environments
Strong relationship-building and partnership skills
Excellent teamwork, time management, and adaptability
College diploma or bachelor’s degree; HR background preferred
