As Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at Richardson Oilseed’s Oakville facility. The position requires supervisory experience in food manufacturing, policy implementation, and Health and Safety knowledge. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Assurance while developing, training, monitoring, and coaching employees.
Key Responsibilities: Implement operational procedures safely and effectively
Identify, correct, and report non-conformances

Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum two years supervisory experience in food manufacturing
Experience implementing policies and procedures
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislative requirements
Ability to work shift rotation
